Come join us for a night of entertainment and a fantastic dinner as we support our Mission Trip this summer. Tickets are on sale now. $20 for adults and $10 for children age 10 and under. You can purchase your ticket in the Narthex on Sundays, in the church office Monday-Friday, or on the church website.

 | | The Rise of Bonhoeffer: an adult education class with depth and challenge. Tuesdays from 7-9 p.m. (January 28, February 18, March 11 & 25, April 8 & 22).
We're diving into the life of Dietrich Bonhoeffer, the German theologian who dared stand against the Nazis. This is for those who are ready to dig deeper into an important Christian leader and theologian of the 20th Century who can give us tools and insights into being faithful Christians during our time. Come meet Kristy Szkudlarek, Read for Life Coordinator, who will help us understand more about Read for Life - a program sponsored by the Findlay/Hancock County Library. This program supports new immigrants in our county by teaching English as well as cultural education. Volunteer with City Mission!
Come help feed and house the hungry and homeless in our community. The first step is to fill out the volunteer application waiver found on their website. Scroll down to "Volunteer" to fill out the application which you can email to Jean Lemire. There are many volunteer opportunities online and other ways we can assist the mission, Martha's Home and Transformation Thrift Store. Groups and individuals are welcome! |

Sunday morning custodian needed.
Position is every Sunday 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Responsibilities include but not limited to, opening and closing the building, preparing and setting up refreshments, cleaning up and running dishwasher, collecting trash, communicating with group organizers and pastor. Bring twin sheet sets (regular, not XL) and pillows. Sheets are needed for now-open Martha's Home, and pillows will be used at the Mission. Darrel is in the Narthex, ready for your donations! |
