Dear tenant,

The KI Housing office will be closed from July 9 to July 31. No emails or maintenance requests will be handled during this time.

In case of urgent maintenance needs that may cause damage to property or person if not immediately attended to, all KI Housing tenants must contact the landlord directly when the KI Housing office is closed. See the contact details below.

If your maintenance request is not urgent and can wait, we ask you to submit your maintenance request in the customer portal as usual. Non-urgent maintenance issues will be handled when our office reopens (after July 31).

In case of fire/fire alarm

In case of a real fire, always call 112
Warn all those exposed to the fire and evacuate the building by following the evacuation routes.

In case of false alarm
Call “Saps” at 010-130 85 02 or our RAs at 070-​​207 23 74 and ask them to inspect and deactivate the fire alarm.

In case you would be locked out from your room/apartment or lose your keys

If you have been locked out of your room/apartment or if you have lost your keys and need to get into your room/apartment, you can call our Residence Assistants at 070-2072374. 

Note that costs related to lost key tags will be charged to the tenant. 

Urgent maintenance issues

If you have an urgent maintenance issue when our office is closed, we ask you to use the contact details provided below.

Note that the emergency maintenance service must only be contacted for problems that risk to cause damage to property or person if they are not taken care of immediately, for example a power cut that affects the whole apartment or building, a water leak or a blocked sewage where there is a risk for flooding.

Please note that non-urgent maintenance issues that are reported to Saps will be charged to the tenant.

Non-urgent maintenance issues

If you have any non-urgent maintenance issues, you are welcome to submit your maintenance request in our customer portal. The maintenance issue will be solved when our office reopens.

Internet problems

If you would encounter any internet problems in your room/apartment, we ask you to contact the customer support of the internet service provider Telenor at 020-222 222.

If you have any booking related questions, we ask you to send an email to info@kihousing.se.

Emails sent to KI Housing when our office is closed will be read and answered when we reopen. The date when your email is sent will be noted.
