From July 9 to July 31, the KI Housing office will be closed.

During this period, you must send your urgent maintenance requests directly to the landlord (Akademiska Hus). Please see the contact details below.

If your maintenance request is not urgent and can wait, we ask you to contact KI Housing after July 31.

Maintenance service July 9 to July 31

If you have an urgent maintenance request or if you would lose your keys, we ask you to use the contact details provided below.

Non-urgent maintenance requests can be reported in our customer portal and will be solved after July 31.

Please note that non-urgent maintenance issues that are reported to Akademiska Hus will be charged to the tenant.

Any costs related to lost key tag/keys will be charged to the tenant.

If you have any booking related questions, we ask you to send an email to info@kihousing.se.

Emails sent to KI Housing during the period July 9 to July 31 will be read and answered when we reopen (after July 31). The date when your email is sent will be noted.
