On Monday 27th September 2021, Inova Consultancy hosted an online event to celebrate the EU funded Mentora STEAM funded project. This was a great opportunity for women in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) to explore new mentoring and coaching opportunities to boost their employability and confidence.

Throughout the event, participants could share their experiences in the STEAM sector and hear inspirational stories from others in the field. It also explored how to develop soft skills relating to working in STEAM including self-efficacy, confidence, problem solving and networking.

The event was a great success and was enjoyed by all those who attended!

WiTEC Sweden has together with Asociacion Moviendote Spain, Virtual Campus Portugal, Robootika Estonia, Thessaloniki University Greece and Istanbul City created a 2 year-long project resulting in a WEBAPP. The goal is to help adult learners develop STEAM competences and values through the resolution of problems and challenges in daily life.
